1. Scope
This policy applies to subscription-based software services provided by Vitasieveia, a company registered in the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. As a digital service, traditional product returns do not apply. This policy covers cancellation, refunds, and billing adjustments.
2. Subscription Cancellation
Employers may cancel by emailing reach@vitasieveia.world or calling +1 540 615 2100. Written notice must be received at least 30 days before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges. Access continues through the end of the current paid period.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued when:
- Platform unavailability exceeds 72 consecutive hours due to our infrastructure (excluding scheduled maintenance with prior notice)
- Billing errors or duplicate charges are verified by our accounts team
- A first-time employer cancels within 14 days of initial subscription activation
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days per FTC guidelines on billing practices.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Partial billing periods after the 14-day initial cancellation window
- Custom onboarding, training, or consulting sessions already delivered
- Third-party integration or licensing fees paid to external providers
- Subscriptions cancelled after the renewal billing date
5. Auto-Renewal Disclosure
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled per Section 2. Renewal terms and pricing are disclosed in your service agreement before each renewal. You will receive email notice before annual renewals.
6. Service Credits
If you experience platform issues, contact support before requesting a refund. We may offer service credits as an alternative when appropriate. Credits do not expire for 12 months from issuance.
7. Data After Cancellation
Organizational data is retained for 90 days post-cancellation to allow export. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted per our Privacy Policy, unless legal retention requirements apply.
8. Disputes
Disagree with a refund decision? Contact us within 30 days. We respond within 10 business days. Unresolved disputes are handled per our Terms of Use governing law provisions (Virginia).
